October 24th, 2011We have some good news and we have some not so good news. Which do you want first? We’ll start with the not so good news…
Unfortunately you’re going to have to wait a tiny bit longer for the Bruno Mars “It Will Rain” music video. It was originally slated to premiere on Wednesday but Bruno is still adding the finishing touches to the clip and it won’t be ready in time.
So now for the good news (hoorah!)… The beautiful music video for “A Thousand Years” by Christina Perri will premiere in its place on Wednesday, October 26 at 6 a.m. ET/PT on AMTV, MTV Hits and MTV.com. Set your alarm clocks for bright and early to catch the clip on TV! Otherwise you can just watch it online instead. Or both. At the same time. Show off.

Breaking Dawn: The Tour!
October 20th, 2011Twilight is hitting the road for a unique run of promotional dates! From November 7th through November 11th, one week before The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 opens nationally, select members of the movie’s cast along with featured soundtrack artists will make appearances in five U.S. cities.
Christina Perri, who wrote and recorded “A Thousand Years”, will join stars from the movie for a series of performances. The mini tour kicks off in Atlanta and will travel to concert venues in Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco and Salt Lake City. Christina Perri (slated to play three dates), Aqualung & Lucy Schwartz and Sleeping At Last (booked for other two dates) will each perform a brief set including the song they contributed to the movie’s soundtrack.
